Can it hang outside?
It's made for indoors or a covered porch. For a sign out in the weather, message us first.
How big can it be?
From 8 × 4 up to 22 × 22 inches, the biggest our CNC can carve.
Why does the page say my line is too small?
Thin fonts need taller letters to carve cleanly. Make the sign bigger, shorten the line, set it to Big, or pick a bolder font.
Are the colors on screen exact?
Close, not exact. Every board's grain is a little different.
Can I use my own logo or a picture?
Not on this page yet. Message us and we'll tell you if we can carve it.
Can I return it?
Each sign has your words on it, so we don't take returns. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.
