Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping

• US addresses only. Shipping is free on every order.
• Every tree is made to order and sent by USPS within 3 to 5 business days. USPS then usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
• You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
• Order by December 1 to start on December 13 (Your colors trees: by November 27).

Local pickup

• Free in St. George, Utah. Choose Local pickup above the Buy buttons on the shop page, and we'll message you a time and place.
• Order by December 4 for pickup before December 13 (Your colors trees: by December 2).

Returns and exchanges

Every tree is made to order, so we don't take returns. If something arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make and mail you a new piece, free.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. You pay securely by card through Square.

Privacy

To count how many people visit, this site keeps a basic log of each visit (IP address, the page, your browser and the site you came from) for 90 days. Only we see it. It's never sold or shared, and there are no ad or tracking cookies. Payment details go straight to Square and never touch this site.
