Good to know
Do I have to start on December 13?
No. Any 12 days work: count down to a birthday, the last day of school, anything.
Who makes these?
We do: a family in St. George, Utah. We cut every piece from solid pine on our CNC, then sand and finish each tree by hand.
A layer is tight on the post. What do I do?
Wiggle it gently as you push it down. Don't force it. Wood swells a little when it's damp.
Is it a toy?
It's a decoration. Kids can add the day's layer with a grown-up nearby. Keep it away from candles and heaters.
How do I store it?
Take it apart star first. Everything lies flat, and the penciled numbers keep it in order for next year.
What if something arrives broken? Can I return it?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make and mail you a new piece, free. Every tree is made to order, so we don't take returns.
